The girls and I were feeling pretty lazy so we decided to go on a little jog adventure. We just followed the exercise trail down at the beach and really got a great workout from it. My girl Tia just got back from a long trip over to the far east to visit family. She didnt know what the girls and I started while she was away. It didnt take much to break her in though.
